Lauren Hackbarth

Born with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership, Lauren embarked on her journey at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess at the Spa in 2017. Her leadership journey began at pools as a supervisor which led to roles as Toro Supervisor, and later La Hacienda Assistant General Manager.
Beginning her career as a Pool Supervisor in 2018, Lauren ensured seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Her commitment to excellence caught the attention of superiors, propelling her into the role of Toro Supervisor, where she honed in on her skills in team management and service innovation in a Richard Sandoval signature restaurant.
Eager to expand her horizons, Lauren embraced the opportunity to serve as La Hacienda Assistant General Manager, where she demonstrated operational acumen. Here, Lauren learned unparalleled service and culinary delights in another Richard Sandoval signature restaurant.
Fueled by ambition and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Lauren then assumed the role of Toro Assistant General Manager, where she strove to elevate guest satisfaction and team management.
Undeterred by challenges, Lauren embarked on her most significant role yet as the General Manager of Ironwood American Kitchen. Armed with a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation, she looks forward to transforming Ironwood into a beacon of culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality.

As the Executive Chef of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Chef Conor Favre brings vision and leadership to this AAA Five Diamond resort. Chef Conor will oversee the culinary aspects of the hotel's top-rated restaurants, in-room dining, food and beverage for our six sparkling pools, banquets and catering. Chef Conor brings a distinctive enthusiasm to his role, while focusing on sourcing and incorporating authentically local ingredients and driving quality with consistently high standards in dishes that are approachable to everyone. In his previous position at The St. Regis, he expanded his knowledge in the overall food and beverage operation as the Director of Food and Beverage. Prior to The St. Regis, he was the Executive Chef at The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa for Ko'Sin and the Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant, Kai. Chef Favre has also served as the Executive Sous Chef at Arizona Biltmore for Frank & Albert's and Wright's.

Born and raised in Arizona, Executive Sous Chef of Casual Outlets Jason Allen garners enormous passion for local agriculture and sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Jason’s deep passion for all things food shines through his menu preparations to elevate meals to a source of joy for every diner. With over 18 years in the food and beverage industry, he brings unmatched knowledge from time spent at the Arizona Biltmore and the Sheraton Grand at the Wild Horse Pass to his home here at The Princess. When not crafting culinary experiences at the resort, he can be found working on his small farm and orchard in Gilbert, Arizona.
